What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently, all items are shipped via auspost service Express (1-3 days) and normal parcel post (3-7 days) are options that can be selected upon checkout.

How Do I Track My Order?

Notifications will be sent via email regarding updates on your order. Otherwise, if wanting more detailed tracking, a tracking number will be provided upon which can be tracked using the auspost website.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Some packages may require a couple days of processing time due to items being in transit to the warehouse. Once in hand, authenticated by the AHUA team, and ready to ship.

Express postage would take 1-3 business days
Normal parcel post would take 3-7 business days

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

No, an account is not needed to place an order. However, it is preferrable to have one to allow for your details to be saved for a smooth checkout process in the future for a popular drop/release and to keep track with all items purchased from AHUA.
