Currently, all items are shipped via auspost service Express (1-4 days) and normal parcel post (2-5 days) are options that can be selected upon checkout.

Some packages may require a couple days of processing time due to items being in transit to the warehouse. Once in hand, authenticated by the AHUA team, and ready to ship.

Express postage would take 1-4 business days
Normal parcel post would take 2-5 business days

If any enquiries, please direct message AHUA Instagram page or the live chat. One of the members will attend to your request as soon as possible. Furthermore, an email can be sent to the AHUA business email, of which a team member may call you to address the concern 1-1 or reply to your email depending on the urgency of the issue.

Notifications will be sent via email regarding updates on your order. Otherwise, if wanting more detailed tracking, a tracking number will be provided upon which can be tracked using the auspost website.

No, an account is not needed to place an order. However, it is preferable to have one to allow for your details to be saved for a smooth checkout process in the future for a popular drop/release and to keep track with all items purchased from AHUA.
