Exchange and Return Policy

Our Exchange and Return Policy is strictly limited to size corrections. We will only entertain requests for exchanges if there is an issue with the size of the product you received. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon. Please be aware that we do not accommodate exchanges or returns for products purchase due to change of mind.

Conditions and Guidelines

To qualify for an exchange, the item must the following conditions:

1) It must be unworn and remain in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

2) Proof of purchase must be provided.

3) The item should have all original tags intact and any additional laces and/or accessories that were included.

4) For sneaker items, there should be no creases from try-on or wear and no signs of sole wear or debris.

5) The item must be packaged in a shipping box and not a satchel.

6) Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage costs associated with the exchange.

Store Credit Policy

In certain situations, we may only be able to provide credit instead of a refund. We understand that our products are often limited in availability and offering store credit allows you the flexibility to choose another item later. It is important to note that our store credit does not have an expiration date, ensuring your convenience and giving you ample time to make a future purchase.
